Peter Otto is a non- denominational minister who serves and respects all faith traditions, those with no religious tradition and those who wish to have non-denominational ceremonies. Ceremonies are personal, heartfelt, inclusive and elegant. Your wishes and personal traditions included and honored. Peter Otto's exquisite voice adds a feeling of warmth, and intimacy. Divine Ceremonies; No Fees, No Commissions, No Referral Network and most of all; No sending in a referral Officiant!
Despite this latest trends in the wedding industry with Officiants; Rev. Peter will perform your ceremony! He does not run a referral service and won't send you someone else on your wedding day (not foreseeing the unexpected).
The only other officiant that Rev. Peter may have as a back-up plan for the un-expected is Rev. Carolyn M. Ringer. Carolyn has become a great asset to Rev. Peter and a trusted friend and assisting minister.

Sadly, the wedding industry is a business, A BIG BUSINESS and this business philosophy and the idea of making a lot of money has moved into the ceremony Officiant side of the wedding world. Some Officiants have started their own referral businesses of local Officiants so they charge you one fee and then have an "associate" do the ceremony and pay them a little less. Charging you a little more.
Some Officiants are in this industry just for the money and also perform others tasks. D-Jays are also online ordained Officiants; photographers are also caterers; florists are also coordinators; invitation makers are also photographers; etc. How can anyone give you 100% on one of your most important and special days if they are doing two or more jobs? How will this look to your guests when the Officiant then jumps over and becomes your D-Jay? How serious was your ceremony?
When you call an Officiant and they are not available for your ceremony BUT tell you they work with others that are available..... walk away or say no thank you and hang up. In most cases this simply means; I'm going to make a little money off of you because I charge referral fees to other Officiants for simply making a phone call on your behalf and they just add that charge to your cost. Sad, but true!
